A bank transfer is required to confirm the reservation.

Non-refundable rate: in case of cancellation, modification or no-show at the pre-established check-in time, the amount previously paid will not be reimbursed.

Partially refundable rate: it is possible to cancel a reservation free of charge within 15 days before the check-in date, by sending an explicit refund request via email or by calling the mobile number, and the full amount will be refunded. In the event that the cancellation takes place within 14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the amount already paid will be charged.

Any reimbursement will be provided to the customer with the same method of payment used for booking, preferably by bank transfer.
